Refer a Property Owner. Get Paid.

The Revolution Properties Referral Program ("Program") rewards eligible individuals who refer new property management clients to Revolution Properties LLC ("Revolution Properties," "we," "our," or "us"). Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligible Referrals

A referral is considered eligible only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The referred individual or entity is a property owner seeking property management services.

• The referral is submitted through Revolution Properties before the property owner contacts us directly or is already in communication with our company.

• The referred property owner has not previously requested information, received a proposal, or been entered into our customer database within the previous twelve (12) months.

• The referred property owner signs a new Property Management Agreement with Revolution Properties and are retained as a client for a period of at least sixty (60) consecutive days.

Revolution Properties reserves the sole right to determine whether a referral qualifies.

2. Referral Reward

Eligible referrals may receive a referral reward as advertised by Revolution Properties at the time the referral is submitted.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, referral rewards are issued only after:

• The Property Management Agreement has been fully executed by all parties;

• Management services have officially commenced; and

• Revolution Properties has received the first month's management fee from the referred client and are retained as a client for a period of at least sixty (60) consecutive days.

Rewards are issued only once per qualifying client, regardless of the number of properties included under the management agreement unless otherwise approved in writing.

3. Multiple Referrals

If multiple individuals refer the same property owner, the referral reward will be paid only to the first eligible referral received by Revolution Properties, as determined solely by our records.

4. Excluded Referrals

The following do not qualify for referral rewards:

• Existing Revolution Properties clients.

• Previous clients.

• Property owners already in contact with Revolution Properties.

• Referrals generated through paid advertising or marketing campaigns.

• Self-referrals.

• Duplicate referrals.

• Referrals submitted after management discussions have already begun.

• Referrals that do not result in a signed Property Management Agreement.

5. Payment

Referral rewards will generally be issued within thirty (30) days after all eligibility requirements have been satisfied.

Revolution Properties reserves the right to verify eligibility before issuing any reward.

6. Taxes

Recipients are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local tax obligations resulting from referral rewards. Revolution Properties may issue applicable tax forms when required by law.

7. No Agency Relationship

Participation in this Program does not create any employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, contractor, or brokerage relationship between the participant and Revolution Properties.

Participants are not authorized to negotiate, represent, or make commitments on behalf of Revolution Properties.

8. Marketing Conduct

Participants agree to represent Revolution Properties honestly and accurately.

Participants may not:

• Make misleading or false statements regarding our services.

• Guarantee pricing, savings, rental income, occupancy, or financial performance.

• Use deceptive marketing practices.

• Represent themselves as employees or agents of Revolution Properties.

9. Program Changes

Revolution Properties reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Referral rewards will be governed by the terms in effect on the date the eligible referral was submitted.

10. Right to Refuse

Revolution Properties reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any referral, decline to enter into a management agreement with any prospective client, or deny a referral reward if these Terms & Conditions have not been satisfied or if fraudulent, abusive, or unethical conduct is suspected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revolution Properties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in this Program.

12. Governing Law

This Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut.
